The kickoff package includes a Participant Order Form for every volunteer. They write in the needed order information on these sheets as they make the sale.

The Master Order Form is emailed to the leader after sign up. At the end of the fundraiser, all sales are compiled into the Master, then emailed to the fundraising rep.
