How long should we run our MagRaise fundraiser?
Longer usually isn't better! Trust us! We find the most successful campaigns treat this as a sprint, and not a marathon, because this keeps your participants motivated and focused and sell through the whole campaign instead of waiting to the last few days. A campaign can run for as long as three weeks, but ask yourself if your participants can contact who they want in less time, try 2 weeks.You'll meet your goals faster. And your customers will get their magazines faster, which will encourage them to renew and buy more next year!
How much will our customers pay for these subscriptions?
You are able to offer these subscriptions to your customers at the same 1 year subscription prices the publishers offer, much less than the newsstand prices. The difference is that 60% of this now goes to your organization.
How soon will our customers start receiving their magazines?
This depends on the frequency of delivery of the publications. Weekly magazines usually start arriving within 6 - 8 weeks after you send your order to MagRaise. Monthly publications within 10-12 weeks.
What if the customer doesn't receive their magazine?
Either you or the customer should notify MagRaise and we will correct the problem.
